Currently retail sales are limited to the continental US only. We hope to add worldwide shipping soon! All shipping must go to a physical address. Sorry we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

We ship standard ground via UPS/USPS from Atlanta, GA. Transit times vary based on carrier volume/time of year.

When you place an order we authorize it on your card. We will not actually charge your card until your order is shipped. Orders are typically processed within a few days after receipt.

If we run out of something you may be contacted by our customer service department. We will not ship your partial order or charge your card without confirming with you. If our customer service department is unable to reach you within 7 days, your order may be canceled.
